Who we are
Fantasy Funday runs this site and the Fantasy Funday app and shows. We'll list our company name and mailing address here before we send any promotional email.
This sign-up page
To reserve your spot we ask your first name, your email and the sports you want. Your email is used to send your sign-in link and to tell you when sign-ups open for your sports.
We ask your birthday only to check your age. On the sign-up form your browser checks it and it isn't sent. When you open your email link we ask it once more, check it, and don't store it anywhere.
If you don't finish reserving within 7 days (you never open your link, or never add your birthday), we delete the whole sign-up: your name, email and sports. If the birthday you add is under 13, we delete the sign-up right away.
Sign-in runs through a trusted sign-in service (Supabase Auth). We never see or store a password.
What we plan to collect
Only what the app needs: how you sign in (Apple, Google or email through a trusted sign-in service), your handle, the leagues and pools you join, your picks, and what you post.
We ask your birthday to check you are old enough. We check it and do not keep it.
What we won't do
We won't sell your information. We won't store your password ourselves. We won't scrape other websites. We don't use player photos or team logos.
Cookies and visitor counts
We don't use advertising cookies or trackers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics and PostHog. Neither uses cookies or stores anything on your device, neither follows you around the web, and we never send them your name or email. PostHog only sees page views and which buttons are tapped. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we don't use PostHog at all.
Messages you send us
When you use the Help button we get your name, your email and your message. We use them only to answer you. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your message.
What we collect, in short
Who you are: your first name and email. Your choices: the sports you reserved. Messages: what you send through Help. Visit counts: page views counted without cookies. We don't collect your location, contacts or payment details.
Who helps us
Supabase runs sign-in and stores your account and spot. Cloudflare hosts this site, counts visits and carries Help messages. PostHog counts page views and button taps, without cookies. Resend sends your sign-in link from updates.fantasyfunday.com. Your information is stored in the United States. Each of them only uses it to run Fantasy Funday for us.
Emails
We'll email you your sign-in link, and once when sign-ups open for your sports. Every promotional email has an unsubscribe link and our mailing address.
How long we keep things
Unopened sign-ups: deleted within 7 days. Your account and spot: until you delete them or ask us to. Help messages: up to 12 months. Backups roll off within 30 days after that.
Do Not Track
We don't track you across other websites, so there's nothing for a browser's Do Not Track setting to switch off.
Age
You must be 13 or older to reserve a spot or make an account. We check your birthday, and we don't store it. If we learn someone under 13 signed up, we delete their account and information.
Parents: if you think your child under 13 signed up, tell us with the Help button and we'll delete it.
Posts, reports and blocking
Anything you post can be seen by the people you post it to. Anyone can report a post, a reply or a name, and block or hide people. The Fantasy Funday team and a league's commissioner can remove messages.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, fix or delete your information, or take your name off the list. Send us a message with the Help button. Until the Help box is sending, message @fantasyfunday on Instagram or Bluesky. We'll check it's really you, and we answer within 30 days.
We don't sell your information or share it for ads, and you won't be treated any differently for asking.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or with a notice on this page before it takes effect.
